Please use the online registration form and select the Event LGM 2011 when making your registration. Please do not select a “package“ (we actually have negociated a better price than any of the proposed packages).

It will be appreciated if you can book your reservation before April 6th. After that date rooms will still be available but it will be more difficult to group people together on one or two floors.

Hotels in Montréal

If you wish to stay outside the campus, no problem! Montreal has lots of hotels of all kinds and at all prices. Hôtel Terrasse Royale is located at walkable distance from École Polytechnique. Otherwise we can suggest that you look for hotels near the following métro stations as to save commute time to LGM: Guy-Concordia, Place-des-Arts, Berri-UQAM, Sherbrooke, Mont-Royal, Laurier.

It’s also easy to rent an apartment or find a bed & breakfast or to do couch surfing!
