About audio, 2 things
1. All talks are recorded, video and audio. The audio is picked-up directly at the microphone.
2. There is an on-going simultaneous translation service throughout the conference in both English and French.
For those 2 reasons, it’s important that you talk normally. The microphones are your friends and they are built to pick up your voice with you looking at the audience!
Each regular presentation is scheduled for 25 minutes, with 20 minutes for speaking and 5 minutes for questions.
Each short presentation is scheduled for 13 minutes, with a 2 minute break to allow the following presenter to take place.
Each lightning talk is scheduled for 6 minutes, with a 2 minute break to allow the following presenter to take place.
Session chairs will monitor the time and keep the sessions strictly on schedule.
We look forward to seeing you at LGM 2011.
